CHHS Chief Kim Belshé Will Open CADA's Two-day Session
California Health and Human Services Agency Secretary Kim Belshé will launch a busy agenda for CADA’s two-day public policy conference with an update of budget and policy issues from the administration’s point of view.   

A full complement of speakers will address Proposition 36, including funding, and reforms, California’s prison crisis and the role of treatment providers in easing the problem, and further developments in workforce issues.   

Special events include visits to the Capitol so that conference attendees may deliver the message to their respective assemblypersons and senators that treatment works, and a networking reception featuring special guests.
